This information notice is provided in compliance with Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and concerns all personal data processed according to the methods indicated below.

The personal data processed are collected as they are provided directly by the data subject.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal identification and IT data, collected from the data subjects and subject to processing, are used to: fulfill the request to send the newsletter and the related subscription to the mailing list, to the WhatsApp broadcast list, concerning informational messages and commercial and promotional communications related to the activities carried out by Sistema Natura; to contact the User; to display content from external platforms; to comment on content; to interact with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and external platforms (YouTube and GoogleMaps); for direct registration (sistemanatura.com) in which the User registers by filling out the registration form and directly providing their Personal Data to sistemanatura.com.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed using electronic, telematic, and paper tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. Data processing takes place at the Data Controller's premises. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. Registration and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Articles 15–21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, each data subject is granted a series of rights.
Right of Access: the data subject, pursuant to art. 15, has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, to obtain a copy. He or she also has the right to access personal data concerning him or her and to further information such as the purpose of the processing, the categories of recipients, the data retention period, and the rights that can be exercised.
Right of rectification: the data subject, pursuant to art. 16, has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her or the integration of such data.
Right to erasure: the data subject has the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning him or her, without undue delay, if one of the reasons provided for by Art. 17 applies.
Right to restriction of processing: the data subject has the right, in the cases provided for by Article 18 of Regulation 2016/679, to obtain restriction of processing.
Right to data portability: the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance, as provided for by Article 20 of Regulation 2016/679;
Right to object to processing: the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her as provided for by Article 21 of Regulation 2016/679.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Privacy Guarantor.
The requests referred to in the previous points must be addressed in writing to the Data Controller. The Data Controller will, within the time limits established by current legislation, provide a prompt response to requests for the exercise of data subjects' rights.
Any clarification or request for information may be addressed in writing to the Data Controller.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
The data subject may revoke their consent to receive promotional and commercial communications immediately by sending a request to the email address sistemanatura@gmail.com.
UPDATES AND CHANGES
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, supplement, or periodically update this Policy in compliance with regulations or measures adopted by the Data Protection Authority.
The aforementioned changes or additions will be brought to the attention of those concerned. We invite users to regularly review the Privacy Policy to check the updated Notice and decide whether or not to continue using the services offered.
