Gift Voucher, how to purchase and use it

1. Contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp.

2. Let us know the value of the voucher(s) you wish to purchase and the type of experience you want to give; we will send you the payment details.

3. Whoever purchased the gift, after making the payment, will receive (via email), together with the invoice, the gift voucher which can be printed. It is also possible to collect it directly from us, placed in a small complimentary package.

4. Whoever receives the gift voucher, by visiting our website or our FB page, will choose the activity of their interest, make the reservation and thus validate it. It will be their responsibility to bring it physically on the day of the booked event in order to "cancel" it.

- If the cost of the activity is less than the value of the gift voucher, it will be possible to use the remaining credit for future events.

- Gift vouchers are non-refundable but it is possible to extend their expiry date.
